Lauren White serves as the Team Administrator and Director of Recruiting for The Costigan Group at Compass, helping oversee the systems, communication, operations, and recruiting efforts that support the team’s continued growth.

Lauren plays an essential role in supporting clients, agents, and transactions from behind the scenes. Her work helps ensure that details are organized, communication stays clear, and each client experience reflects the high-touch standard The Costigan Group is known for.

In addition to managing team operations, Lauren helps lead recruiting and onboarding for new agents joining The Costigan Group. She supports the team’s growth by helping identify strong agent fits, coordinate onboarding, and ensure new team members have the structure, tools, and support needed to succeed.

From internal systems and marketing support to recruiting, onboarding, and client-facing details, Lauren brings structure, consistency, and care to every part of the business. Her ability to keep projects moving and details aligned allows the team’s agents to stay focused on advising clients, negotiating deals, and delivering results.
